NDSCS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
| I hereby apply for membership in the National Duck Stamp
Collectors Society (NDSCS) and enclose my dues for the membership category I have
selected. Enclosed you will find my dues, paid in US funds, by either check or money
order. (Dues can also be paid by credit card by on-line transaction services available
from the NDSCS web site - the Society currently accepts VISA and MASTERCARD, as well as
PayPal. See the On-line Dues Payment Options).
I understand that my membership dues are fully tax deductible since the Society is a
tax-exempt charitable organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. |
All membership categories except Associate and Junior
require the applicant to be 18 years of age.
