The series of duck stamps ended with the 1997 stamps.

Text stamps issued annually for Flaming Gorge fishing reciprocity with Wyoming ($10), Lake Powell fishing reciprocity with Arizona ($8), and non-resident one-day fishing ($9). Obsolete stamps are sold for $1 each (for years listed below), so buy the previous year’s stamps each January:

• Flaming Gorge – 1976-98, 2000-05
• Lake Powell – 1976-98, 2000-05
• Non-resident 1-day fishing – 1977-78, 81-95, 97-98, 2000-05
• Panguich Lake Ice Fishing – 1983-84
• Trout fishing – Adult 1983-84; Juvenile 1983-85

Out-of-state PERSONAL checks are not accepted – use certified checks or money orders. In addition, Utah seeks to collect sales tax @ 6.35% even for out-of-state orders. [I ordered 3 stamps with three one dollar bills and got the stamps with a warning about tax.]
