Minnesota artist James Hautman’s acrylic painting of three buffleheads flying low above a reed-lined pond is featured on the United States Fish and Wildlife Service’s 2026 federal duck stamp that will be issued June 26 in Saint Augustine, Fla. A first-day ceremony for the federal stamp and the junior duck stamp is planned to take place at the Bass Pro Shops located at 355 World Commerce Parkway in Saint Augustine.
